For us, it started with one home.

Founded by the late Mr. James Ng in the year 2007, it all began with a simple belief: renting a room or an apartment in Singapore should be simple, affordable, and comfortable. 

What started with the management of a single property with 6 rooms gradually grew through referrals, trusted landlord relationships, and an unwavering commitment to provide well-managed, and comfortable homes for people from all walks of life.

Today, we continue Mr. James Ng's legacy with a refreshed brand - CasaLyve Co-living. We currently manage over 200 rooms and counting across Singapore and have welcomed thousands of tenants into our homes over the years, many of whom we are honoured to now call close friends.

While our portfolio has expanded, we have remained intentionally hands-on, believing that every property deserves personal attention, every landlord deserves a peace of mind, and every tenant deserves the best service and a place they are proud to call home.

As we continue to grow, our mission remains unchanged: to create thoughtfully managed homes, build lasting partnerships with landlords, providing affordable yet comfortable living spaces where people can truly feel at home.
